Happy November, everyone! The month of gravy, green bean casserole, and giving is upon us and this is how I'll be rolling into it:
For many, November 1st marks the start to the holiday season and on Thursday I'll be giving you a little sneak peak of all the featured articles to come during the next two festive months. Today, however, I'm bringing you my Mac Weekly Highlight! There were some great Music, Arts & Culture finds in the last week of October and I will be discussing three this morning: the Official Music Video for Harry Styles' Golden, The Nightmare Before Christmas in Concert to benefit The Actors Fund & the Lymphoma Research Foundation, and the Bright Pink T-Shirt from Aerie.

Golden Official Music Video, Harry Styles
We've never needed an escape to the Italian coast more than we do right now, right? Well, this video delivered! Golden is a bright, driving song from Styles' December 2019 pop album Fine Line, and its accompanying video was well worth the wait. Filmed in/with aesthetically pleasing hues of blue, yellow, and white, Harry ventures through a city- driving, running, swimming and taking us with him on the adventure as he goes. You can listen to Golden on Spotify and most other music streaming platforms and I have added it to my Spotify Mac Weekly Highlight Playlist.
Theatre & Music
The Nightmare Before Christmas in Concert
Produced by James Monroe Iglehart with the cooperation of Tim Burton, Danny Elfman, Radio Disney, Walt Disney Pictures, and Actors Equity Association, this special online virtual concert shown on Vimeo benefitted The Actors Fund and the Lymphoma Research Foundation. With vocals from some of Broadway's best (James Monroe Iglehart- Aladdin, Rafael Casal- Blindspotting, Danny Burstein- Moulin Rouge!, Adrienne Warren- Tina: The Tina Turner Musical: just to name a few!), the concert was a great Halloween treat! I must mention that this was a one-night-only event though, so by the time this article is published it will be unable to view. However, let this be your reminder to look for other online virtual performances like it as the pandemic stretches on, to support the amazing Broadway performers and creatives whose shows are still shut down. Plus it isn't everyday that you get to enjoy the talents of Broadway from home, so you might as well take advantage of it!

Bright Pink T-Shirt, Aerie
The last week of October also marked the last week of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. For the past eleven years, fashion brand Aerie has partnered with the non-profit Be Bright Pink to release a limited edition T-Shirt with 100% of the sales going towards Bright Pink. This year's design can be seen below in a photograph that I shared earlier this week on the Mac Claire Instagram page. It's cozy, comfy, and is the perfect addition to everyone's loungewear collection during the time of COVID-19. As of November 1st the item is no longer available, but be on the lookout for future Breast Cancer Awareness Month collaborations between the fashion brand and non-profit organization.
Well, that's a wrap on October- how crazy!! The spookiest month of the year brought us a lot of great Music, Arts & Culture and there's going to be a lot more as the year draws to an end.
